Blue velvet dress with white lace sleeves
White satin frill trimmed with blue and blue stones on frill.
On white lace it has blue flowers.
In between four panels on skirt it has blue lace with lots of sparkle.
There are 300 hundred crystals all over dress.
Dress is in very good condition and beautiful stage appearance.
Comes with headband.
