Panel and ruffle style dress.

The bodice is made from a vibrant orange velvet and the white
overlayed with a glitter ball netting.
Decorated with lots of crystals.
Underskirt is the white and orange polka dot
seen in one of the ruffles.
Made for the 2008 Oireachtas.
